PMTS is één techniek welke in elke situatie kan worden toegepast.

Géén hogere technieken of zo.

Deze techniek is de enige techniek, met accent verleggingen afhankelijk van de situatie en overal toepasbaar.

                        (1)                                                (2)                                     (3)                                     (4)                                   (5)

1-6: Increased free foot tipping along with increased free leg flexion. Note the free foot pulled back. Stance leg lengthens as the CM is drawn into the turn allowing HH to stand strong and easy on the stance ski even though the radius is dramatically decreasing.

No steering!!

Upper body increasingly counters balances and counter moves (belly button toward the outside of the turn) as the ski angles increase.

          (6)                                            (7)                                               (8)                                          (9)                                  (10)

7-9: Beginning of the release as the old stance leg begins to relax. Note how the release is started off the LTE.

Pole plant signals the beginning of the release.

8-11: Full flexion to flatten the skis along with LTE tipping of the new free foot.

Upper body becomes square exactly when the skis flatten to the slope enhancing balance.

 No steering or rotation!!

        (11)                                       (12)                                          (13)                                                       (14)                              (15)

11-13: Engagement phase of the new turn. The actions of the feet draw the body into the turn.

Upper body again begins to counter balance and counter move to support the tipping of the skis.
